Although I was always active growing-up, I only I took up regular exercise in my early 20s. I found that not only did my body shape change completely but my energy levels increased, and I felt so much happier about myself.


More recently, I have experienced the challenge of getting back into shape post-pregnancy (twice!) and fully appreciate how difficult it is to find the time and energy to focus on a healthy lifestyle. I specialise in Ante and Post-Natal Fitness, Fat and Weight loss, Running and Functional Training and I also teach Dynamic Pilates at Heartcore.


I believe in providing a really positive mindset, so I like to really understand how you enjoy training and then build a program around that. I will always try make the sessions challenging, fun and effective. I want you to leave feeling energised and confident and look forward to coming again!

When I am not working, I like challenging myself with competitive running and triathlons and spending time with my two boys.
