Why Buzz?

Perhaps you’ve been to lots of different classes and gyms and not found that you are getting the right level of attention, or that you aren’t getting consistent results? Or perhaps you haven’t been to any gyms before and find the industry a bit intimidating? Or maybe you feel you’ve just lost the motivation?

 

Life can sometimes get in the way of your goals…work, sleep, travel, children, dogs, family. But the beauty of personal training is we can plan around your life and fit in sessions when it suits you.

 

Personal training isn’t just about getting fit, I believe that overall wellness is THE most important thing. Being healthy, strong, active and happy comes from a more holistic approach to wellbeing. A healthy and positive mindset is where it all starts – and that’s where I can help!

Where can I train and how?

With a private studio in Putney, I can train you on your own, or with a friend – in a positive environment – and give you a more personal level of attention. We will discuss what you want to achieve and tailor a training plan to work towards your goals, including nutritional support if you wish.

 

We can use a combination of strength, cardio and functional equipment – Free Weights, Olympic Weights, Cable Machine, TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Spin Bike, Treadmill, Resistance Bands, Stability Balls, Slam Balls and more!

What's your training philosophy?

I believe in providing a really positive mindset, so I like to really understand how you enjoy training and then build a program around that. I will always try and include weights and make the sessions functional and effective. I want you to leave the sessions energised and confident and look forward to coming again!

 

I also love to play really uplifting music to help motivate you. But if there is something that really gets you in the mood then you can bring along your own playlist!

My specialities include Ante and Post Natal Exercise, Fat and Weight Loss, Muscle Toning, Running, Nutritional Advice, Functional Resistance Training, Strength and Flexibility Training, Core Strength and Conditioning, Kettlebell and TRX Suspension Training.

When could I train and how much are the sessions?

You can train throughout the day Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings. Get in touch if you would like to discuss pricing and availability.
